These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Borealis Hospitality website and to enquiries you make through it. By using the website you agree to them. Our services are provided to homes across the Cotswolds and Wiltshire under a separate agreement confirmed with you in writing.

About our services

Borealis Hospitality, led by Maz Borealis, provides property inspections, personal property care and Estate Housekeeping. The website describes these services for general information only and does not form an offer that you can accept automatically.

Enquiries and quotes

You can contact us through the website form, by email or by phone. After an enquiry we will discuss your property and needs, then confirm the scope of work, timing and fees with you in advance. Nothing is agreed until we have confirmed it in writing.

Inspections and ongoing care

For homes used as guest accommodation or rentals, a Full Property Inspection Report is required before ongoing care begins. Bed preparation and laundry are charged separately from regular visits. Our inspections are visual checks and reports on condition. They are not a specialist or technical diagnosis, and we are not a substitute for surveyors, engineers or other qualified trades.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us safe access to the property, keys or entry details, and accurate information about alarms, pets, hazards and any areas that are off limits. You should tell us about any known defects or risks, and keep your buildings and contents insurance in place.

Payment and cancellation

Fees are confirmed before work starts. Invoices are payable by the date shown on the invoice. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel a visit, as short-notice changes may be charged.

Liability

We take great care of every home, but we are not liable for loss or damage that was not caused by our negligence, or for issues that could not reasonably have been found during a visit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Using this website

Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it. All text, images and branding on the site belong to Borealis Hospitality and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We try to keep the information accurate but cannot promise it is always complete or up to date.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
